The Challenge

Complex Fürth required a modern website that presented the business park as an attractive location for prospective tenants while also serving as a directory for the companies already operating within the complex.

The challenge was to create a visual identity that felt welcoming and approachable, avoiding the often sterile appearance associated with commercial real estate websites, while building a scalable structure that could grow as new tenants joined the business park.

My Approach

I designed and developed the website from concept to implementation, focusing on combining an engaging visual identity with a structured content architecture.

Key design and development decisions included:

– Editing and integrating a hero video to introduce visitors to the property and surrounding area.

– Creating a colorful interface using the brand’s visual identity and custom illustrations to give the website a more approachable character.

– Designing a searchable tenant directory featuring dedicated profile pages for each business, including company information, contact details, and website links.

– Building reusable page templates that allow new tenant profiles to be added and maintained consistently.

– Structuring the website to keep navigation intuitive while supporting future expansion of the directory.

Outcome

The final result is a responsive website that promotes the business park while providing a structured directory for its tenants. The flexible content architecture allows the client to keep the directory up to date as new businesses move into the complex.
