The Challenge
equadra GmbH required a modern corporate website that would serve as the central platform connecting church property owners, developers, and investors involved in the transformation of church-owned real estate in Bavaria.
The website needed to support a growing portfolio of development projects while allowing the client to manage and expand the platform independently after launch. The entire project had to be completed within a strict one-month timeframe.
The challenge was to present a large amount of information in a way that remained clear, approachable, and easy to navigate.
My Approach
I designed and developed a scalable website focused on long-term maintainability and efficient content management.
Key design decisions included:
– Building the site with a modern page-builder workflow to accelerate development while maintaining a consistent design system.
– Creating reusable section and project templates for real estate case studies, allowing the client to add new projects without redesigning layouts.
– Structuring the backend for easy content updates and future expansion of the project portfolio.
– Designing a clean, professional interface that communicates trust and credibility to both church representatives and real estate investors.
– Providing onboarding and training sessions so the equadra team could confidently manage the website independently after handover.
Outcome
The final result is a responsive, scalable website delivered within the one-month deadline. The platform enables equadra to independently manage and expand its project portfolio while presenting its consulting services through a clear and professional digital presence.
