The Challenge
Moezer GmbH is a family-owned construction company with nearly 150 years of history. The goal was to modernize the company’s digital presence while preserving the trust and heritage associated with its long-standing reputation.
A key focus of the project was redesigning the careers section to appeal to younger applicants interested in apprenticeships and skilled trades, while maintaining a professional image for commercial clients.
My Approach
I designed and developed a website that balances the company’s traditional identity with a modern, approachable visual language.
Key design decisions included:
– Developing a contemporary UI that combines clean layouts, bold typography, and the company’s existing visual identity.
– Creating a distinctive illustration style alongside authentic photography to make the careers section more engaging and approachable.
– Designing a dedicated recruitment experience focused on apprenticeship opportunities and career development.
– Streamlining the application journey to make finding information and applying for positions as straightforward as possible.
– Integrating social media and team-focused content to showcase the company culture.
– Maintaining a professional presentation across service pages to reinforce credibility with commercial clients.
Outcome
The final result is a responsive corporate website that presents Moezer GmbH as both an experienced construction company and a modern employer. The platform supports business development while providing a dedicated recruitment experience for prospective apprentices and young professionals.
